At Green Cleaning, it is our mission to serve the Central Texas area by ensuring our products are not only safe for the environment, but safe for you, your children and your pets. We are not concerned with going to a supply company and ordering cheap products at a discounted price. Instead, we spend money on products we know work the very best and are either 100% natural or certified safe and eco-friendly.
Are you insured? How long have you been in business?
Yes, we are both bonded and insured. We opened in 2011.
Do you change sheets or do laundry? What about dishes?
Yes. Though these are not standard parts of our Basic or Deep Clean, we will be happy to perform additional tasks as requested.
What's the difference between a Basic and Deep Clean?
A Deep Cleaning is a much more thorough cleaning of your home or office, whereas a Basic Cleaning is preferred by clients who receive service on a routine schedule, allowing us to maintain the cleanliness of their home or office. Do you provide all the cleaning supplies?
Yes, we will provide everything needed to clean your home. Unless otherwise instructed we will bring our own vacuum, steam cleaner, and all the rest of our eco-friendly products.
Do I need to be home when you're cleaning?
No. You may choose to stay throughout, have us call you when we're done or simply leave us a key and let us lock up when we leave. Whatever is most comfortable and easy for you is fine with us.
You missed a spot. Was this cleaned?
We realize we're not perfect, so if anything has been overlooked or not cleaned properly, we will come back to clean it at no extra charge.
Are your employees background-checked?
Yes, all of our maids must pass a thorough background check. Green Cleaning promises to use only trustworthy, hard-working and professionally-dressed individuals.
I got a lower quote somewhere. Can you beat it?
We'll do our best to! We will work to match or beat any quote you receive from another professional cleaning company. And while we're at it, here are our other promises to you.
